Hands-On Farm Experience — WWOOF
A 3–4 week immersive experience living and working on a regenerative farm.
At Son Felip, we welcome a small number of WWOOFers each year to take part in the daily life of the farm. This is not just work — it is a way of reconnecting with the land, understanding its rhythms, and becoming part of a living ecosystem shaped by care and intention.
Working the Land
Your main contribution will be in the biointensive garden — the most demanding and rewarding part of the farm. This is where much of our daily effort is concentrated, growing vegetables with precision, care, and respect for the soil.
Tasks include planting, harvesting, weeding, preparing beds, and supporting the continuous cycle of the garden. It is physical work, done alongside our team, and offers a real understanding of regenerative agriculture in practice.
Living on the Farm
You will stay in a simple house in the countryside, shared with Albert, a 21-year-old farmer who lives on the estate. He speaks English, though we prioritise applicants with at least a basic level of Spanish to ensure smooth day-to-day communication. The setting is quiet and fully immersed in nature, offering a simple and authentic way of living.
Bicycles are available for daily use — both to reach the garden and to move around the island. We provide accommodation and food (ingredients provided) in exchange for around 4 hours of work per day. The work is hands-on and at times intense, always carried out alongside the team and with a strong sense of collaboration.
Who We Are Looking For
We look for people with a genuine desire to learn — curious, engaged, and open to a different way of living. A connection to nature, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
This experience is best suited for those who enjoy physical work, simplicity, and being outdoors — and who are willing to fully engage with the life of the farm.
