Origins
Son Felip began more than 40 years ago, when its current owners discovered Menorca on a Vespa, exploring hidden coves along the island’s wild northern coast. What started as a youthful adventure became a lifelong connection to this land — and, years later, a vision: to restore an estate, revive its agricultural life, and preserve the essence of Menorca for generations to come.
A living landscape
Today, across more than 1,000 hectares, Son Felip is a landscape in constant evolution. A small team of seven farmers works the land year-round, combining traditional knowledge with science and regenerative practices: cattle move in rotation to regenerate soil, bees support biodiversity, and olive trees produce oils of exceptional quality. By following the seasons and working with natural cycles, we seek to recover the true flavour of things — depth, balance, and authenticity.
Life on the Estate
Son Felip is a working farm by the Mediterranean, where barefoot luxury meets a landscape in motion. Alongside the farm, a private chef and dedicated team shape each stay — bringing the produce of the land to the table and creating a seamless, deeply personal experience. Walk to untouched beaches, ride through open countryside, and reconnect with a slower rhythm — one shaped by nature, seasons, and time.
